Open Positions:
Development Associate – Part-Time
The Development Associate assists the Development Director and Executive Director with fundraising and donor communication activities: maintaining and growing relationships with new and existing donors, providing clinic tours and updates, educating supporters about Corbella’s mission and impact, appealing for support and expressing gratitude. The Development Associate coordinates fundraising activities or events such as open houses and assists with donor marketing and communication including newsletters, e-blasts, website content, social media, brochures, and testimonial videos, etc. The Development Director will provide training and guidance.
Candidates must be passionately pro-life and have a strong commitment to the Christian faith in belief and in practice in daily life.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of fundraising/donor development and donor communication experience is preferred. Other applicable experiences may be considered.
Excellent verbal, presentation and relational skills; proficient writing skills; sound time-management practices; a high degree of professionalism with internal and external audiences.
Ability to write in creative, descriptive, technical and factual manner is required.
Experience working with foundations and writing grants is helpful but not required.
Candidates must be self-motivated, goal-oriented and be able to communicate in a compassionate and professional manner.

Expected hours: 28 per week (negotiable). Wage commensurate with experience.
Nurse Manager – Full Time
Corbella Clinic seeks a pro-life Nurse Manager to provide leadership, supervision and guidance to the medical services and nurse staff at the clinic, perform medical services such as pregnancy testing, ultrasounds and STI testing and provide patient follow-up care. Corbella currently has an experienced team of 3 nurses who will be very supportive of the Nurse Manager.
The Nurse Manager monitors patient care to ensure that patients receive quality and consistent care according to the clinic’s policies. She maintains frequent communication with the Medical Director, Executive Director and Director of Patient Resources. She implements and updates the clinic’s medical policies and procedures, conducts medical staff meetings and training, and more. This position is full-time negotiable, M-F (9:30AM-5PM or 6PM).
Staff Nurse – Part-Time
Corbella Clinic seeks a pro-life Staff Nurse to perform medical services such as pregnancy testing, ultrasounds (training provided) and STI testing and provide patient follow-up care.
Candidates must be passionately pro-life and have a strong commitment to the Christian faith in belief and in practice in daily life. Candidates must be self-motivated, goal-oriented and be able to communicate in a compassionate and professional manner. Candidates must be willing to be trained in limited diagnostic ultrasound exams which may involve some travel.
Healthcare benefits are available for employees working 30 hours or more per week. Other benefits include paid time off and 9 paid holidays, maternity leave and retirement contributions.

2. Professional:
• Registered Nurse (RN) with current IL licensure.
• Open to Limited OB Ultrasound training. Corbella Clinic can facilitate ultrasound training.
• Basic computer skills, organizational aptitude, high attention to procedure and detail.
3. Educational:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related knowledge and experience.
• Experience in a non-profit or community-based organization, such as a pregnancy resource center or counseling, social service, or family service provider is desirable but not required.
4. Personal:
• Able to empathize with those in distress and give practical assistance.
• Client focused and ability to engage confidently in a non-directive, non-judgmental manner with all client demographics and situations.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
5. Relational:
• Ability to work as a team member, seek consultation when needed, work independently and accept responsibility.
